The flowers the kids brought us when we were leaving one of the villages (they ran after our vans waving goodbye too) Reminded me of that Mexico trip to that sweet orphanage-yes, that was the year of the ‘patato-lip’!



A little bit of minor surgery in the back of a classroom- no biggie! ☺ I was in charge of bleeding- I had to control it using silver nitrate sticks!

A little girl with endocrine problems (she had gynacomastia) I didn’t do anything to her- I promise! She had just never been to the doctor before.

One of the pastors offered to pray with each and every person as they left clinic- I didn’t hear about one person refusing prayer!! And some families even came back for more prayer!
